This is a three (3) month intensive program aimed at equipping the beginner the ability to become a pastry chef. The course is structured on both local and continental pastry standards. This is a practical based training program whereby the confidence of the students are built to be masters on their own.

Requirements & fees
Recommended minimum age of 18 years
Proficiency in reading and writing
A minimum educational attainment of at least junior high school (JHS) level
Applicants with prior education from other catering institutions or relevant work experience are encouraged to apply. All applications will be assessed on an individual basis.
