This is a three (3) month intensive program aimed at equipping the beginner the ability to become a pastry chef. The course is structured on both local and continental pastry standards. This is a practical based training program whereby the confidence of the students are built to be masters on their own.

Requirements & fees
- Recommended minimum age of 18 years
- Proficiency in reading and writing
- A minimum educational attainment of at least junior high school (JHS) level
- Applicants with prior education from other catering institutions or relevant work experience are encouraged to apply. All applications will be assessed on an individual basis.
